Billy has been working in the Foodservice Industry for over 40 years. Twelve of those years have been with Alabama Power. He works with the local industry though his efforts with the Mobile Chapter of ARA, and his position with Alabama Power gives him the privilege of working statewide through ARA.
By being in the forefront with the EFC, Billy represents ARA and Alabama Power at national shows such as NRA in Chicago and NAFEM in rotating cities in the US.
Billy has had many successes with Chain Account customers, calling on them, talking with them, and showing them the advantages of electric cooking equipment. Many chains who didn’t offer an electric kitchen design in the past, have now added an electric design option for their franchisee’s as a result of Billy’s efforts.

Roshena Ham is the product manager for boilers, foodservice, and process heat in Duke Energy’s Marketing and Energy Efficiency group. She joined Duke Energy in 2008 and has a decade of experience in electricity marketing. Previous experience includes: manager of Duke University Energy & Environment program; independent energy consultant; business instructor at Central Piedmont Community College; co-founder and past partner at Liberty Power, an independent electric retailer in deregulated states; commercial associate at Enron; and, education coordinator at the American Society of Civil Engineers. In these various roles, Ms. Ham has worked with local government, small commercial, national account and manufacturing facilities.
Education:
Ms. Ham has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University. She is LEED® accredited professional by the U.S. Green Building Council.
